Mauricio Pochettino is having bad feelings about this season

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has admitted his feeling for the upcoming season has been the worst ever since he took the Spurs, although Londoners made their best start in the Premier League by winning seven of their first nine  games.

“I don’t know why, it is difficult to explain,” he said.

“The circumstances, because many things happen; I am disappointed we are still waiting for the new stadium when the expectation was to be there at the beginning of the season. I don’t know, many things happened in the summer, many things that make myself not in my best mood or best humour. I know I always have a good relationship with you but my feeling is not the best feeling. I had better feelings in previous seasons.” Pochettino added.

At the end of last week, it was confirmed that the team’s move to the new stadium was delayed for the following year, although it was initially promised that they would be running the whole season at the new facility. Spurs are not performing well in the Champions League, where they took only one point in their first three games and have little chance of continuing to the finals.

Terrible pitch on Wembley for Tottenham vs Manchester City

Horrible grass cover awaits Tottenham and Manchester City teams who face each other in the derby of the 10th round of the Premier League. The grass at Wembley stadium is in poor condition, which will not be approved by the two managers Mauricio Pochettino and Pep Guardiola.

On the last day,few hours before the game starts, the stadium support teams are doing their best to bring the terrain in a decent way.

The bad condition of the grass is due to the matches of the US National Football League that are held in London. Over the past 15 days, three games have been played at Wembley, the last one between Jacksonville Jaguars and Philadelphia Eagles being played just 24 hours before today’s match between Tottenham and City.
